stonesStress, Ill Health & Burnout - page 2

The program is in 3 parts. All parts are independent and can be delivered separately.

Part A: for HR staff or people managers
(duration 3 hours)

This presentation/training lasts 3 hours. Prevention, detection, solution. We look at the various causes of stress and the physiological responses, we test each other on stress scales, we learn how to detect stress in an employee, we follow the road to burnout and understand the signs in a colleague. We look at potential individual and company solutions.

Part B: for any staff
(duration 3 hours)

Mostly identical to Part A, leaving out the manager’s responsibilities.

Part C: implementation of an internal stress policy
(see Stress Policy Design in SOS HR for Companies)

To ensure a maximum buy-in from the employees, several in-house employees should be involved, not necessarily at management level.

We’ll identify the level of stress of the employees generally, we’ll identify problem areas or problem departments, we’ll educate, we’ll propose various innovative solutions tailored to your company’s identity and we’ll assess the evolution after 6 to 12 months.
Most companies who have implemented a stress policy have witnessed serious increases in staff morale and retention as well as noticeable decrease in absenteeism.
